A great place for therapy! The admissions team and the administrator are very caring. I highly recommend it!!
The Admission staff is very helpful! They went out of their way to help me with my mom. They actually care about the patients. Other facilities may have private rooms but they don’t care about the actual patients. I will always be thankful for making the right choice! Highly recommend it!
“I am very thankful for all the staff here. I am so happy I am on my way to gaining my independence back! This would not be possible without everyone who has helped me. I love the Village at Northrise.”
The Hallmark ILF has friendly staff and the food is delicious! Especially coming from another ILF in town, we have had a pleasant experience at The Village at Northrise.- Linda J., Resident
I was given a tour of The Hallmark Independent Living Building with my daughter. I was sold as soon as I walked into the building, it had a great comfortable homey feeling! My daughter said she was sold on The Electronic Caregiver Package that is included in the Room & Board.

My mother-in-law was at The Village at Northrise for five years. It was always clean and very welcoming when you entered. The ladies at the front desk were always so nice, too. If I needed a wheelchair or some help bringing my mother-in-law out, they were always right there. They're just all so friendly. When she was supposed to be at the end of her life, somebody was always checking in on her. That was amazing. She met a lot of friends, and she even got to use the exercise equipment in the exercise room when she was in really good health. She wasn't a craft person, but she loved to sing, play the piano, and play the guitar. She loved movie nights, too. She would get in on the bus when they had a reservation to go somewhere or when they all went to the church. They had everything she needed. Sometimes it was hard to reach her because she was enjoying herself so much. I had lunch with her in the dining room sometimes, and then when she could no longer go to the dining room, they would call up, check on her, and bring her food. My mother-in-law loved to cook. She would give suggestions on how they could make the food a little bit tastier, because some days she would say the food was a "five" and that it was amazing, and other days, she would say it was a "three." The facility itself was kept up. When she would call that something wasn't working, they were there immediately. When I go there, there are always some activities going on.

I am happy to be living at Morningside ALF. The friendly staff cares for me and my wellbeing. I feel safe knowing that outside visitors are being screened at the front desk to protect us from COVID-19.

Talking to an elderly loved one about assisted living may be among the most difficult and emotional conversations you’ll ever have. But it’s also one of the most important.
National Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, which occurs every November, was established to increase awareness and honor the millions of Americans and their families living with Alzheimer’s, through advocacy for a cure, awareness and education.
“Season of Reflection,” the theme of this year’s National Assisted Living Week
When it comes to health care, quality of life has become increasingly important in recent years.
Maintaining health and wellness is an ongoing goal, even as we age — or maybe especially as we age.
While taking care of an elderly loved one, it’s important to also take care of yourself.
