Desert Willow I

Desert Willow I is an award winning  31-bed skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation and transitional care to our guests. Our staff is dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from an illness or injury. Amenities provided for our guests include bedside phones with direct inward dialing, individual televisions with 60 cable channels and WiFi access. Our professional nurses, therapists, insurance case manager, guest services specialist and a social worker team up to help our guests navigate the transition from the hospital back to the community as quickly as possible. Guests also enjoy free transportation to scheduled medical and dental appointments and a wide array of social, educational and spiritual activities and entertainment. Desert Willow I accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance. Note: Patients do not need to be a resident of the campus to utilize the post-hospital services at Desert Willow I.
